Once deleted, your account and all associated data are permanently erased from our systems. There is no recovery option.
How to Delete Your Account
Mobile app · Step-by-step guide
Open Your Profile
Launch the Volantislive app and tap your Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.
Scroll to Bottom
Scroll all the way down on the profile page to find account management options.
Tap Delete Account
Find the red "Delete Account" button at the bottom and tap it to begin the process.
Confirm Your Intent
Type "Delete my account" exactly as shown in the confirmation prompt that appears.
Account Deleted
Tap Confirm. Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed.
What Will Be Deleted
All of the following is permanently erased, with no recovery.
Account Info
Name, email, profile
Subscriptions
All followed channels
Listen History
Playback & preferences
Uploaded Audio
All your content
Chat Messages
All conversations
Settings
Customizations
Before You Proceed
Take care of these first to avoid losing anything important.
Download your data
Save a copy of your content and history before deletion.
Cancel subscriptions
Cancel any active plans to avoid future charges.
Transfer channel ownership
If others depend on your channels, transfer them first.
Backup contact info
Save any contacts or connections you'll want later.
